Senior Finance Operations Lead.
What you’ll do
- Own a portfolio of 8–12 UK startup clients across Growth and Scale tiers
- Run the monthly close. Publish management accounts pack by the 10th business day
- Build and maintain investor models — 3-statement, cohorts, scenarios
- Sit in on investor calls when your clients are raising
- Peer-review your colleagues’ work; have yours peer-reviewed
What you bring
- ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified or finalist
- 5–8 years post-qualified experience, ideally a mix of practice and in-house
- Built investor models in anger. Sat in a DD process. Know what a cohort retention chart should look like
- Comfortable explaining the numbers in plain English to a founder
- Modern stack fluency: Xero, Sheets/Excel at speed, comfortable with AI tools as drafting partners
