What’s not included.

  • Statutory audit. If you cross £10.2m turnover, you need an external audit firm. We’ll refer you to a top-10 specialist.
  • Investor introductions. We’re not a placement agent. We make sure you’re ready when investors ask.
  • Corporate legal. Term sheets, articles, EMI schemes — go to a startup-specialist law firm.
  • Immigration. Visa applications, skilled worker sponsorship.

Pricing questions.

How do you decide which tier I’m on?
Tiers are guidelines based on ARR and complexity, not hard walls. After the diagnostic, we’ll suggest a tier and a specific monthly fee inside the range. If you fall between two, we usually start at the lower one and step up when needed.
Can I move between tiers?
Yes, in both directions, with one month’s notice. Most clients move up over 12–18 months.
What if I only need one piece — say, a model build?
That’s fine. See the add-ons above. We don’t require a retainer to do a one-off, though most one-off clients move into a retainer afterwards.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices are ex-VAT. UK VAT-registered clients can reclaim it.
What’s the contract length?
Three-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. We don’t do annual lock-ins.
Are there setup fees?
No. Onboarding is included. If you need migration from another firm or a forensic cleanup, we’ll scope it separately.
